If there is any positive for Los Angeles that came out of the nightmare of the past year or so its the explosion of amazing outdoor dining options.
This being Southern California we had great patio dinning options around town before but now restaurants have really stepped up their outdoor dining game!
There are so many amazing ones we cant even begin to show them all so we decided to select just a few for you guys to try out.
This fresh list of patio dinning restaurants has something for every one and every age, from vegan options to steak dinners with ocean view, they all have good outdoor vibes.
Note your favorites and go out and try one of these cool outdoor dining restaurants, have fun and be safe.
1 – Salazar in Frog Town
Description:
Great Mexican food, tacos, house-made tortillas, and margaritas on tap make this place a popular choice in hip area of Frog Town. But what we like the most is its patio.
Love that it is large, colorful, vibrant and decorated with tons of desert plants.
But its not just the beauty the food the is great too. Some of their most popular dishes are tacos al pastor and shrimp cocktails. We think their chips and salsa are also delicious, and take advantage because the refills are unlimited.
Don’t leave Salazar only for the hipster to enjoy. Make your way out to Frog town to dine at this amazing gem!

2 – Plant + Food + Wine in Venice
Description:
There are plenty of vegan restaurants in town as you guys already know, but this one also sets the right vibes with beautiful green back patio.
The food here is very popular among the vegan community because of their plenty of options including cashew cheese, amazingly presented kimchi dumplings, sweet potato tacos and many other delicious dishes.
Their pretty back patio is open for brunch on weekends but you can also enjoy outdoor dinner especially as the weather gets warmer and warmer.
We recommend you make a reservation for this one.

3 – L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in Hollywood
Description:
With so many great pizza places in LA is actually nice to have a choice of pizza with a unique style from Naples. Come and try some of this delicious unique flavors waiting for you at this pizzeria in Hollywood that wants to treat Angelinos with a different kind of experience.
They are so committed to quality that this restaurant uses the same recipes as its origin restaurant? And they also use imported ingredients which contribute to the real authentic flavors of their Neapolitan pizza.
And lets talk about that patio? Yes! Gorgeous does not begin to describe their beautiful outdoor eating space.

4 – Birdie G’s
Description:
This awesome spot in Santa Monica with its huge patio almost feels like your eating in a Barnyard with a greenhouse and that atmosphere along with its delicious menu and ambience are the reasons its loved by the local community.
They are known for comfort food and the large menu has plenty of choices to satisfy many. That makes this a great place for birthday celebrations or gatherings (when its safe to do so) because there should be a dish for everyone to choose from.
So if you want to eat at a beautiful outdoor spot in Santa Monica and want some good portion satisfying comfort dishes, we recommend Birdie G’s.

5 – Meat on Ocean
Description:
Ocean Ave. in Santa Monica has some pretty amazing and upscale restaurants with enchanting front patios facing an unbeatable view of the Pacific Ocean. Out of the many great options we picked Meat on Ocean to highlight because this restaurant has delighted so many locals and visitors alike with its awesome front patio complete with an ocean view, but also its legendary menu.
They have so many mouth watering options that include their popular aged meats with amazing flavors and buttery textures.
They also have great oysters and of course cocktails that you won’t taste anywhere else, we recommend you try them all. If you prefer wine, you will be pleased to know their wine list is quite large.
