These Are Los Angeles Best Night Markets in 2022

Night Markets are so much fun, packed full with awesome live music and entertainment.  They have exploded in popularity over the last 5 years in Los Angeles and definelty making a strong comeback in 2022 with everything being more open. Luckly we have many to choose from so you can explore them all and pick your favorite!

Unwind after a long day of work by heading out to a local night market, bring your friends or loved ones or just go solo in search of some foodie fun.  You can shop from art vendor booths, enjoy great multicultural dishes, and have fun with live music.

Here is our list of LA Night Markets that won’t disappoint.  Choose the location of your preference and get your tickets before they sell out.  Also make sure to get there early enough so you don’t have to hassle or stress out about parking.

 


1 – FoodieLand Night Market – Rose Bowl

Rose Bowl Night Market

Description:

This is an awesome multicultural foodie inspired event offering tons of flavorful bites, shopping and entertainment.  Of course one of the main things that sets FoodieLand apart is the spectacular venue of the world famous Rose Bowl in Pasadena.

Make sure to wear your most comfy shoes at this event as you stroll through 150+ vendors offering yummy food, and also creative art work. The creators have said the event is inspired by the world famous Night Markets of Asia, although there will be almost every type of food that you can imagine onsite.

Yes you can bring your kids and no you can’t bring your pets.  There won’t be tickets for sale at the door, so you have to purchase them on line through EventBrite.com.

This awesome Night market is taking over the first weekend in June 2022! Is runs Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th, and the last day is Sunday 5th.

It is open from 3 pm to 10 pm.  Tickets for this market are only $5 and kids under 5 get in for free.

2 – Melrose Night Market

Melrose Night Market

Description:

Melrose Night Market presents Raw Fest on Saturday April 16 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  They are also having a second April event on Wednesday April 20th. This market is promising good vibes to all who attend on this day, and it’s welcoming everyone to enjoy dance performances, RNB and Hip Hop.

The creators have brought this 1st annual Raw Fest to Melrose Night Market with the goal of getting the community together to support Raw Talent and Raw Vibes.

If you decide to check out Raw Fest and Melrose Night Market you can appreciate a variety of local artists and their creative works.  There will also be a food bar and hookah bar.

Tickets are on sale for $15 through Eventbrite and children under 5 can get in for free.

3 – 626 Night Market OC

626 Night Market

Description:

The king of local night markets is the 626 OC Night Market and its back to reclaim its throne in 2022!  The 10th edition of this mini night market comes once again to Orange County to the delight of LA and OC foodies.

626 Night Market is inspired by the famous open-air nighttime bazaars of Asia, where people come together to eat, drink, socialize, and be entertained. The huge lively market is named after the 626 area code region of San Gabriel Valley, a spot famous for the best Asian food in LA.

This beloved annual Californian foodie festival features 250+ food vendors, merchandise, crafts, artists, games, live concerts, and entertainment attractions that welcomes all ages to enjoy and has up to 100,000 attendees per 3-day weekend.

Its all happening at the OC Fair and Event Center and will be open from 4:00 pm to 11:pm on May 6th to 8th, May 13th to 15th, and June 17th to 19th.

General admissions are $5 but you can get a free day if you purchase a weekend pass for $10.

Also, their Night Markets have become so popular that the 626 creators have now sprinkled additional events throughout the year at other locations including Santa Monica, Alameda and Arcadia.

4 – Thursday Night Under the Stars LBC

Long Beach Promenade Night Market

Description:

Weekend Night Market in Long Beach starts on Thursday! That’s right Angelinos, come on over to this open air market located between 3rd and 4th street on the Promenade in Long Beach and have a great time.

Every Thursday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, its a ‘Farmers Market meets Street Fair Under the Stars’ and welcomes all visitors free of charge, you heard me, this one is actually free for everyone!

Of course that’s just to get in. You will for sure be breaking out your walled to to enjoy creations made by local designers,  amazing food, and fresh produce.

Yes, your dog friend can come to this one as its pet friendly with a leash.  Have a fun evening, enjoy the booths and expect savory dishes, delicious baked goods, art, and music.

Besides this weekly Thursday night market these same organizers throw the First Fridays events in Huntington Beach.

5 – Asian Garden Night Market

Asian Garden Night Market

Description:

Since our Night Markets were inspired by Asian traditions your seeing a familiar pattern with most of the local ones having a heavy Asian influence. But if you want to try the one likely to have the most authentic Vietnamese food and entertainment we recommend checking out Little Saigon Night Market.

Every weekend starting on June 17th through September 4th this popular seasonal event will be delighting visitors with tasty Vietnamese food and drinks. It takes place at Asian Garden Mall in Westminster.

At the maket you will find Vietnamese dishes including deep fried pig tails, sea snails in coconut milk, and shrimp cakes.  Also find milk tea, fried bananas and many other unique foods and drinks.

This event is great for all Angelinos who enjoy fun experiences, and opportunities to explore diverse dishes, music and culture.

Enjoy this market every weekend from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
