Lake Hollywood Park

Lake Hollywood Park is a large grass park right underneath the Hollywood sign.

It is about as close a picture you can get with the Hollywood sign without having to hike at all.

There is street parking right next to the park. In the Summer the park and parking gets full quickly because this is a big stop for the tourists buses. Also local residents use the park as an off leash dog park (thought its not officially a dog park)
