In this episode, we talked to a very special guest, my brother John Fagerholm. Downtown Los Angeles used to be a ghost town and now its an amazing hot spot and cultural centerpiece for LA.

John was there when DTLA was vacant and lifeless and he currently lives there as it has come full circle to the incredible and vibrant place it is now.

In this interview, we talk about this 10-15 year cycle for DTLA, his favorite hot spots right now, and the pros and cons of living in Downtown LA.
