For all you LA Hackers with a sweet tooth we are for sure spoiled in this city when it comes to that category.
There are hundreds of places in our area with incredible desserts and here is an awesome but small list of just some of the most indulging desserts you can enjoy.
You will find insanely, decadent and outrageous desserts that will please any cravings and of course great for the gram.
Remember these are over the top treats so you might just want to enjoy them every once in awhile like on your cheat day. But whether its a regular thing or just for a special occasion you are going to love these suggestions.
1 – Somi Somi
Description:
You gotta have some fun in life, you deserve it. And even if you don’t deserve it (lol) we want you to try this place anyway. At Somi Somi you can get super fun desserts called Ah-Boong that are made with delicious flavors, fillings and toppings and served in warm fish shaped waffle cones.
This instagramable dessert comes in flavors of ube (purple yam), matcha or black sesame. Then you can proceed to choose your filling. Does yummy Nutella sound good? And custard and red bean also available. Their toppings include Oreos, sprinkles, macaroon and other fun ones like fruity pebbles.
Make sure you try Somi Somi and snap some pics that will likely make the homies jealous.

2 – Turn Dough
Description:
How can a cheat day be a cheat day without a cinnamon sugar cone filled with soft serve ice cream topped with lots of sugary goodness?
Chimmey Cakes were brought to Los Angeles by the passion of founder David who is originally from Prague. He knew that these popular European desserts would be a hit with Californians.
When come to this shop, you must follow 4 steps to achieve the ultimate dessert, first choose a spread flavor like Nutella or dulce de leche. Then choose your favorite ice cream. Next add toppings, you won’t believe the ridiculous amount of options 🙂 and then finally you gotta choose a sauce like chocolate, white chocolate or caramel. This dessert shop is not only tasty but lots of fun!

3 – The Dolly LLama
Description:
If you want to know where the interesting name comes from it turns out that the Dolly LLama is an actual llama that lives in France, and according to the founders of this awesome place, the Dolly LLama is a special one known for being extremely social, very friendly and always happy.
These good vibes type of attributes is what this shop wants its customers to feel when eating their amazing, creative dessert concoctions.
Come and have some spirit uplifting bubble waffle crepes, add some of their 16 different types of ice cream and choose from a ton of toppings and sauce choices. They also serve delicious shakes but by far are best known for the decadent waffle and ice cream combo.

4 – B Sweet Dessert Bar
Description:
This is definitely a creative way to give Angelenos the sweet desserts they crave. Starting as catering they now have a West LA and a DTLA store locations.
The colorful trucks can also be rented for private events and they will roll into the party with tons of sweet tasty flavors including hot delicious and sweet bread pudding, cake, cookies, pies, pastries and other sweets.

5 – Ridges Churro Bar
Description:
Many people in LA love them selves some churros! This fun food truck has been delighting customers for several years now with its over the top churros that are just as beautiful as they are tasty.
Their food trucks all over the city and you will have to check to keep up but you can usually find them in Covina, Monterey Park, Lakewood and San Gabriel. Their unique churros are full of color and flavor and great for the gram so its worth tracking them down.
Along with their tasty warm and gorgeous looking churros, their food truck also serves up some soft serve ice cream and coffee.
