1 – Sushi Ippo, Korea Town
Description:
There are several great sushi places in K-town and it can get very competitive to keep trying to please the crowds, but its obvious this spot is up to the task when you see all the visitors raving about it with thousands of of positive online reviews.
Sushi Ippo is super popular so you can expect a wait but trust us its worth it! At Ippo you can expect your expert chefs to truly focus on making your tasty rolls, so be patient because this isn’t a fast food eatery. They have very good quality of food and they use fresh fish for the dishes coming to your table. There are no fish left sitting around here.
You will be charged for any leftovers so make sure you finish anything you order. On the bright side, they don’t fill you up with rice like some other AYCE restaurants do to their customers.
Ippo is a classic great spot with very high quality for a AYCE so go check it out next time you’re in KTown.

3 – Ginza Sushi, Torrance
Description:
People outside the area don’t always know this but Torrance has a large Asian community with some of the best Asian cuisine in all of Los Angeles. There is an especially large Japanese presence because the city used to be the site of a huge Toyota corporate office.
This in turned spawned tons of great Japanese restaurants in the area so it is not surprising to find that a good AYCE sushi spot from here has made our list. Ginza Sushi in Torrance offers a large selection of fresh sushi and other Japanese delights on their menu.
But for many in Torrance and elsewhere in the South Bay, this is their go to spot for AYCE sushi because of the good quality and still decent price. Ginza also doesn’t take itself to serious with a loud fun environment of good vibes and music but still offering great service.
If you find yourself in the South Bay with a hunger for sushi go pay them a visit, maybe it will be one of your new favorite spots too.

4 – Hello Fish
Description:
We head back towards Korea Town for this next gem on our list. You may know this spot by its old name of Here Fishy Fishy. Although it had a sterling reputation and great reviews about their quality sushi, it surprisingly came back with a new name after renovations. The new name is Hello Fish. We are not sure what’s the story is there but either way, the quality apparently stayed the same because they are still getting rave reviews.
Their menu is extraordinary, featuring premium fish, including salmon belly, toro and sweet shrimp. Their thing is is for sure All You Can Eat so come in hungry and expect to leave satisfied. The aesthetics are also perfectly fitting of KTown and this is the most social media friendly place on this list. Be sure to take a picture with the neon sign “Feed Me Sushi, And Tell Me I’m Pretty” for the gram.
Probably because of the extra design and vibes, Hello Fishy is a little more expensive than most of the other places on this list. For Lunch is $39.50 and dinner is $42.50 kids 8 and under eat for half the price.
