The San Fernando Valley has long been the butt of jokes for residents living in glamorous Los Angeles. But for those who know there is more to the SFV than meets the eye and it has a long and fascinating history of booms and busts.
There may be no better person to discuss the quirky characters and inspiring tales that have come out of the Valley than Tommy Gelinas. He owns the enormously popular Valley Relics Museum which is dedicated to preserving the Valleys history with its vast collection of original neon signs, BMX bikes, pinball machines, and hundreds of similar nostalgic relics.
